Crispin Thiessen is a full time Elkhorn resident, owning a home in Highlands since 1999 and previous to that time owning an Indian Springs Condominium for nineteen years. Crispin is retired after 38 years in management including 7 years as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He served on the Indian Springs Condominium Association Board and is currently the President of the Highlands Homeowners Association. Crispin became a member of the Board in 2006.
