Ira Shepard
Ira has owned property in Proctor Ridge since 1998. Ira and his wife Susan are active outdoors people spending their summers and winters in Sun Valley and much of the spring and fall. They are active skiers, tennis players, swimmers, hikers, and golfers; they have used and enjoyed the Elkhorn amenities for years. For the past 40 years Ira has practiced law and has maintained an office in Washington, DC. He is the past Managing Partner of the Washington office of one of the 200 largest law firms in the United States. He remains affiliated today with that law firm. He has served for the past 10 years on the Board of Directors of the Westridge Homeowners Association in Ketchum. He is a graduate of Cornell University and the Cornell Law School.
