Confirmation Policy
The day before any event our staff will call you to confirm your participation for the next day. The confirmation process is to help us get exactly even numbers for doubles play. At 3:00 pm, if we have not been able to reach you or if you have not called us back to confirm your participation, we will automatically take you off the list of expected players. We will then begin making calls to try to achieve even numbers for the next day. We accept confirmation only the day before the event. We have learned the hard way that wives may not confirm husbands and husbands may not confirm wives. We must speak to you. In the event that you will be out for the day you may

confirm by leaving a message on the answering machine. After you are confirmed, if you find yourself unable to attend, you will be expected to find your own substitute.
