Elkhorn Golf Club and Restaurant News
It is with great excitement that we announce that as of May 15th Elkhorn Golf Club has opened full operations for the 2009 season. While winter has continued to keep a grip on our wonderful Wood River Valley, it appears that will finally come to an end! The golf course came through this past winter in awesome shape and it is felt like this will be the best year ever. There have been many hours of hard work completed by our maintenance team and their efforts have definitely paid off. As was mentioned in your last newsletter, privileges for homeowners have been expanded and we hope you will take advantage of these new opportunities as soon as possible. Also, the club now has a completely renovated food and beverage program under new leadership. We are excited to have Camron Welch (Executive Chef/ F&B Manager), Scott Zinolli (Sous Chef/ Asst. Manager) and their team to oversee all operations. Their extensive food and beverage experience will be great assets to our community. A completely redesigned menu will be available for lunch from 11:30am to 4:00pm each day. This will be followed by a happy hour from 4pm until 7pm that will include discounted food and drink prices. These times will change as we get deeper into the season and scheduled evening dining will be announced in the near future.
