Sun Valley
Elkhorn Association...
Is comprised of all property owners in Elkhorn.
The planned community of Elkhorn at Sun Valley was formed by a joint
venture in 1970 of Dollar Mountain Company, Inc., and Johns/Manville
Idaho, Inc. The purpose of the Association is to maintain the common
areas, recreational facilities and open space, ensure maintenance of
individual member properties, administrate the Association’s financial
responsibilities, and enforce the Master Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions.

The mission of the Board
and Staff of the Sun Valley Elkhorn Association shall be to maintain and
enhance the property value and the quality of life in Elkhorn by:

excellent facilities, amenities and accompanying services.

managing the finances of the Association.

Proactively keeping members informed of issues affecting them and the
broader Elkhorn community.

the beauty of Elkhorn by guiding the design of attractive residences and
landscaping and by protecting Association-owned land.

compliance with the approved rules, regulations, and governance
