Sidney Alpert
Sid is a part time resident of Elkhorn as the owner of a Fairway Nine townhome. He recently purchased a home in Sunrise and advises that he and wife of 49 years, Judy, plan to construct a permanent home on the Sunrise site. Currently, their permanent residence is in Las Vegas. Sid has degrees in both engineering and law and has been a registered patent attorney for many years. His background includes experience in intellectual property licensing, patent solicitation, patent litigation, corporation legal practice and management of public corporations. He has served on various public and private Boards of Directors, he has been the CEO of a public company, and while retired from active practice, he currently serves on the boards of three privately traded companies. Sid has acted as counsel to several homeowners associations, providing legal and advisory services.
